During our sessions with adult learners, we noticed that even small changes can make a big difference for inclusion: breaking instructions into 3 steps, giving examples first, and allowing extra time for reading/writing. Learners were more confident to participate and asked more questions. 

Also,  learners with learning difficulties don’t necessarily need “simpler content” - they need clearer structure. Short tasks, predictable routines, and visual support help adults stay engaged without feeling singled out.
