Just read the handbook produced by Thomas Fischer. Thomas in this text presents a "process-model" which can be used to plan, implement and evaluate local intiatives in intergenerational learning. It starts with a generic model of project management, followed by some chapters on how to master the particular challenges evolving from the intergenerational type of learning and the specific characteristics of the learner community. In the final part Thomas provides some guidelines for effective planning and evaluation of intergenerational learning initiatives, along with a set of templates which project managers can use to control for / assure the quality of the learning initiative.
