A number of contradictory articles and opinion pieces have appeared online regarding working from home. Some say that the productivity of employees working form home is the same. Some say the productivity of employees working from home is different. How do you think this applies to interns? Do you think that interns working form home have less motivation since, for example there is no pressure from their office colleagues? Also if you are involved with a company that accepts interns and has accepted interns in the past do you notice any change in productivity?

ONA JANSÀ Good morning, I have been doing and internship for 1 month and a half. For what I experienced working from home you can develop skills like how to be patient or learn to communicate through online tools, such as teams or skype. I prefer much more working from the office. But working from home you can also develop other skills like which tasks you must give more importance (prioritizing) or which ones you need more time to prepare. I think that it depends on the person but being in an office can help you with solving problems. From the environment of the office you are sure that you will not get distractions. I will say these factors are important but can’t be confused with motivation. Il y a 4 ans
