About me: Randolph Preisinger-Kleine since 1998 is Senior manager of Praxis und Wissenschaft Projekt, an independent research organisation located in the heart of Bavaria, Germany. The institute has been founded by research associates of the Bavarian Universities of Eichstätt, Munich and Regensburg.
He has completed his undergrade studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and doctorate in sociology at the University of Eichstätt. From 1991 - 1992 he has been scientific officer at the University of Eichstätt. From 1993 – 1996 he has been research fellow of the Hanns-Boeckler Foundation (German Trade Unions). From 1996 – 1998 he held the position of an associate professor at the University of Eichstätt. His interests are on industrial modernization and its implications for the socioeconomic development of regions. In recent years he has focused on research into innovation and change of European education & training systems, and the development of the learning organisation.
He has developed roughly 50 proposals for research & development endavours, and has coordinated around 30 European and national projects of different scale and scope. Moreover, he has conducted comparative studies and carried out evaluation of European program schemes, such as the ESF large scale scheme „support to systems and structures“.
